I'm almost 21 years old I have a condition that makes me have an underdeveloped penis and bladder that is the same as an average 2-year-old toddlers bladder and penis. I don't have any bladder problems but I'm underdeveloped. my bladder can only hold about 90ml. I've been diapered since birth. my doctor said we need to treat my condition like that I'm a baby instead of trying to keep dry because it is exactly like having a baby's penis and bladder at my age. if I found out when I was 6 or 7 we could work on keeping dry but for now, we need to treat it like I'm a baby. so I'm taking medication that helps relax all my muscles in my penis and bladder. this means I have no control on when and were ill wet my self, I won't notice until I feel my diaper starts to swell up when my bladder starts to fill up so does my diaper. I have to very few side effects ill squirt and dribble constantly non stop in my diapers. when I change my diaper I squirt everywhere. my bladder is consently. I get super thirsty. ill leak every single night. I'm starting to get used to these changes. I sleep on plastic sheets washable bedwetter mat and wear the thickest bedtime diaper I can find. I spend about $250 to $300 a month on diaper supplies. my doctor said that I need to drink lots of water as much as possible even before bed. or ill get dehidrated. until 5 to 10 years go by the doctor said the ill need to take the mediction. and if I don't show signs of developing ill be like this forever.
